What are the EXCEED Skills Exhibitions?

The EXCEED Skills Exhibitions are international on line contests organised by the EXCEED Centre of Vocational Excellence for the green and digital innovation in the Advanced Manufacturing, where students can showcase challenge-based projects developed through collaborative work and the with the support of their teachers, trainers, and technical tutors.

The EXCEED Skills Exhibition is organised on a yearly basis; each year, a new challenge in the field of eco-digital transformation of Advanced Manufacturing will be launched and all interested VET providers (Schools, VET centres, Universities) can apply, making their students participating in a powerful high-quality learning experience!

How to participate

Step 1 – Pre-Application (Expression of Interest)

  • Stage 1 Microsoft Form
  • Fill in your basic institutional information, including:
    • Name and address of the institution
    • Name and contact of the coordinator/responsible person
    • Courses or departments involved
    • Estimated number of students/trainees participating
  • Upload a signed confirmation letter (institutional endorsement form) prepared on official letterhead and signed by a legal representative.
    • The letter confirms your institution’s intention to participate and support student teams.
    • If several groups take part, one single letter is enough.
  • Save your form so you can return and edit it later if needed.

Step 2 – Project Submission

  1. Access the Stage 2 Microsoft Form using the same saved link.
  2. Complete all required project details, including:
    • Project title, objectives, and description
    • Team members and their roles
    • Relevance to the EXCEED Exhibition themes
  3. Upload your project materials:
    • Project presentation (using the official EXCEED template available on the website)
    • Short video presenting the project or “masterpiece” (recorded with any device, MP4 format recommended)
  4. Review all information and attachments.
  5. Click “Submit” to finalise your entry.
