Welcome to EXCEED, international observatory on Advanced Manufacturing. The Observatory is an established to drive the deco-digital transition in the AM sector, built on a robust business–education partnership that actively engages universities, research centres, and companies across partner countries.

It support the systematic application of skills foresight, generating evidence-based insights to guide the design of innovative VET curricula and inform policy-making processes.

Through its expert groups, the Observatory directly supports the EXCEED Policy Board in co-designing cross-regional development strategies, ultimately shaping a joint “COVES skills ecosystem for innovation, regional development, and social cohesion” governance model.
