The EXCEED – Partnership for Vocational Excellence project was selected at the European Projects Festival, held in Ferrara from 14 to 16 May 2025. The event brought together professionals, institutions, and organizations engaged in European project development, with the aim of fostering inclusive, active and solidarity-based citizenship through collaborative initiatives.
As part of the programme, ART-ER, in collaboration with Centoform and other partners, hosted the international workshop: “The EXCEED International Talent Factory for the Green and Digital Transitions in the Advanced Manufacturing Sector”. The workshop presented the current progress, key objectives and expected outcomes of the EXCEED project, with a particular focus on the International Talent Factory, which is a strategic initiative designed to foster transnational mobility and develop new skills in the Advanced Manufacturing sector in response to the green and digital transitions.
ART-ER representatives (Lara Porciatti, Alessandro Guadagni, and Maria Giovanna Govoni) managed the discussion with the workshop participants, also presenting the IT-ER – International Talents in Emilia-Romagna project, which supports the attraction and integration of international talent into the region’s research and innovation system.
