EXCEED is an Erasmus+ project designed to support innovation and sustainable competitiveness in the Advanced Manufacturing sector. The initiative brings together a European network of six Centres of Vocational Excellence across Italy, Spain, Finland, the Czech Republic and Greece.
Based on the concept of digital eco-innovation, EXCEED combines green and digital technologies to accelerate industrial decarbonisation and the transition towards a circular digital economy.
Through a public-private partnership of 39 organisations, the project promotes lifelong learning, professional upskilling and reskilling, the development of new Higher VET curricula and the creation of an International Talent Factory. It also supports VET professionals in integrating technological and sustainable innovation into education and training.
Over its four-year duration, EXCEED aims to directly involve at least 600 learners and reach approximately 26,000 beneficiaries across Europe.
