Despite growing commitments to equity, Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems across Europe continue to reproduce gendered inequalities, rooted in cultural expectations and institutional design.
📄 A new article by Andrea Lupi explores how the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework can drive structural change by addressing learner diversity and dismantling gendered barriers in VET.
